Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and selected other countries. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you.

Shipping costs

Every set of 4 ships free. Other orders pay a flat tracked shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of being placed. Delivery can take longer during peak periods, public holidays or customs delays.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Fulfilment

Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. Where these are charged at checkout, you won't pay anything extra on delivery. Otherwise, they're the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us and we'll look into it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll reship your order or refund you in full.

Address details

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you entered, but email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
